We’re seeking an exceptional, full-cycle Recruiter to source, screen, and make placements across multiple sectors. This position requires a professional who blends industry know-how, market insight, relationship-building, and technical skills to deliver outstanding hiring results.
Key Responsibilities:
•Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs and develop role profiles.
•Source, engage, and qualify top candidates for roles in multiple industries.
•Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
•Maintain strong candidate pipelines and talent communities for ongoing and future roles.
•Monitor industry trends, pay benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies to stay ahead.
