Meet Christy, Co-Founder & Head of Recruiting
Christy brings a people-first approach to recruiting shaped by more than a decade in healthcare and years of success helping companies identify and hire high-impact talent. Her background taught her how to listen deeply, ask better questions, solve complex problems, and build trust—skills that now define how she approaches every search and client relationship.
Since transitioning into recruiting, Christy has placed hundreds of professionals and partnered with leaders nationwide across manufacturing, construction, and other technical industries. She is known for being responsive, direct, and persistent, with a strong focus on understanding what both the client and candidate truly need.
Before co-founding Forge Strategies, she built a successful independent recruiting practice and saw firsthand how often companies struggled with transactional recruiting models that prioritized volume over fit. That experience helped shape Forge’s approach: disciplined search, clear communication, genuine partnership, and a commitment to delivering candidates who can make a meaningful impact.
Christy specializes in hard-to-fill roles where the right hire requires more than matching a résumé to a job description. She brings curiosity, urgency, and a people-first mindset to every search, helping clients move faster without sacrificing quality.
Meet Brennan, Managing Partner
Brennan brings a unique combination of military leadership, healthcare expertise, executive operations, and business strategy to Forge Strategies. As a U.S. Army Officer and Executive MBA graduate, his approach is grounded in discipline, accountability, clear communication, and a focus on measurable results.
Throughout his civilian career, Brennan has led complex operations across healthcare, workforce solutions, and Fortune 500 environments. He has managed multi-site teams, developed new service offerings, improved operational performance, partnered with senior executives, and helped organizations translate strategy into execution and sustainable growth.
That experience shapes Forge’s broader approach to client partnerships. Brennan works with organizations not only to identify the right people, but also to understand the processes, organizational structure, leadership needs, and operational challenges that can affect performance. His focus is on practical solutions that strengthen the business behind the team.
As Managing Partner, Brennan leads Forge’s business strategy, client partnerships, operations, and consulting initiatives. He brings the same sense of urgency and ownership developed through military service and executive leadership to every engagement—helping clients solve problems, build stronger organizations, and create a foundation for continued growth.
