Meet Our Head of Recruitment, Christy
My career started in healthcare. I spent 12 years helping people in hospitals and clinics, but then a staffing agency reached out, saw potential I hadn’t considered, and offered me a chance to step into recruiting. I took it and never looked back.
What began as an unexpected pivot turned into a passion. I found I loved the connection, the matchmaking, the impact I had not seen before. Since then, I’ve placed hundreds of professionals, built lasting relationships, and earned a reputation for being honest, reliable, and refreshingly real.
After years of working for other agencies, I launched my own recruiting practice, so I could do things my way: no quotas, no gimmicks, just real people making real results.
I specialize in recruiting for construction and manufacturing industries where great talent is hard to find and even harder to hire. I help companies fill critical roles with people who perform, adapt, and stay. And I help professionals discover jobs that truly fit not just on paper, but in purpose.

Starting a recruiting company wasn’t just a career move; it was something I felt called to do after years of leading, building, and solving complex challenges within large organizations.
I’ve spent much of my career working closely with executive teams and C-suite leaders at Fortune 500 companies, helping them build high-performing teams and departments. Whether it was launching a new program or leading multinational teams, I’ve always been focused on one thing: hiring and developing the right people to support long-term growth.
Through those experiences, I realized that hiring isn’t just a business function; it’s a leadership function. It’s about more than resumes and interviews. It’s about aligning people with purpose, potential, and the culture they will join.
So, I decided to build a firm grounded in what I know best: strategic leadership, operational excellence, and a relentless commitment to delivering results. I’ve been in the rooms where critical hiring decisions are made, and I’ve seen what works and what doesn’t when it comes to aligning talent with business goals.
